Esker is accelerating its growth and is seeking a Strategic Program Manager to support our CSTO in steering and executing the company’s strategic priorities. Your role will be to structure, coordinate, and monitor the progress of key initiatives while ensuring effective execution and smooth collaboration across teams. You will work with all departments in the organization and play a central role in Esker’s transformation.

Your responsabilities – #PositivelyImpactful :

1. Strategic execution & delivery

· Translate strategic priorities into action plans, milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.

· Drive cross-functional project management related to these initiatives.

· Ensure rigorous monitoring of progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.

· Identify blockers and propose concrete operational solutions.

2. Program & portfolio management

· Maintain a consolidated, clear, and up-to-date view of the initiative portfolio.

· Structure steering rituals and governance routines.

· Detect potential deviations (schedule, resources, prioritization), escalate issues, and recommend appropriate solutions.

3. Stakeholder Coordination

· Act as a coordination layer between functional leaders, ExCo members, and transformation workstream owners

· Prepare analyses and deliverables for the ExCo members.

· Challenge assumptions, ensure alignment, and facilitate communication to guarantee effective and coherent coordination across initiatives.

Your profile :

• Minimum 4 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, transformation, or a similar role within a complex organization.

• Exposure to complex, multi-stakeholder transformation or performance improvement programs

• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

• Autonomy, ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong analytical, structuring, and synthesis skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders (business teams, management, executive committee) and curiosity to explore different functional domains (Marketing, Professional Services, R&D, etc.).

• Excellent command of English required, with daily international interactions.
