Global Procurement Senior Manager M/F
We are seeking a Global Procurement Senior Manager to build and lead our Global Procurement function. This role combines strategy and hands-on execution, with full ownership of procurement governance.
You will design and implement global procurement policies, enforce a purchase order–based buying model, review vendor spend, and lead key negotiations to deliver measurable cost savings and operational efficiency.

Establish and operate the global procurement function
Design and implement procurement and T&E policies
Define spend thresholds and approval frameworks
Review and approve significant purchases
Lead complex vendor negotiations and contract reviews
Identify and execute cost-saving and vendor consolidation opportunities
Implement and enforce a mandatory purchase order process
Provide leadership visibility into spend, risks, and savings
Your profile
8+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management
Proven track record delivering measurable cost savings
Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills
Experience operating in a global environment
Ability to operate autonomously with high ownership and impact
